This independent street stall has become wildly popular, often attracting a crowd. And they deliver what they promise, that is, 100% vegan tacos. The stand attracts a large crowd of young anti-carnivores as well as locals and passers-by who don’t seem to care because they’re GOOD! They’re just like the “real thing” only made with tofu, soy cheese and other non-carny foodstuffs. The faux chorizo is outstanding - you'd never know it's not the real thing. Vegetable alambre is a good, healthful option. Tortillas and salsas are high quality; flavor isn't compromised.

The stand is located near the corner of Chiapas and  Manzanillo, Colonia Roma
